It is a fact of life that nobody wants or likes returns but hey we live in the real world.
Most of our deliveries are sent with Parcel Force on a next working day basis on orders placed before 3pm, you would be advised at the point of order if the carriage time is different as some larger products go on a 48 hour carrier service and deliveries to the highland and offshores will have delivery times stated at the order point.

We would ask all goods must be returned in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition and as new, any replacements will be sent as quickly as possible should that be required. We have no interest in profiting from returns but equally, we have no interest in returns costing the business money so we will be fair by you and expect to be treated in the same manner. We make every attempt to contact our customers prior to dispatch to confirm the order is correct and the right parts are being sent but when we are given no contact number or email addresses that are not checked we reach a time where the order has to be dispatched unchecked and this is where we ask you are responsible if goods ordered are incorrect.. Where a return of payment is due, this would be processed within 48 hours of the return of goods.
